Even though I haven't been asked to travel this leg I want you to know that your cub reporter will rejoin in the Med and continue animal sightings diligently. I'm very happy to be maintaining the mouse-free environment here at home. I needed a break from salt, sea and seasickness. It was really hard getting a good night sleep when someone was getting up and dressing in wet gear every four hours. Forget about the air freight in Quantas... I told them I was no ordinary cat. So I'm enjoying non-participation and won't report again until the going is much more civilized; Creete or Corfu maybe.
